Meeting with the Greek Parliament Speaker Nikolai Youtsey Kaljulade, the President said that Greece has embarked on major reforms in order to overcome economic difficulties. Estonia is ready and willing to share its country’s digital experience, where public and private sectors have successfully worked together to ensure effective and democratic state functioning, added the head of state.

President Kersti Kaljulaid has been a two-day official visit to Greece. Tonight, the President visited the center in Orange Grove’s startups that presented the Estonian e-government and digital society. On Friday, scheduled meetings with the prime minister and opposition leader Alexis Tsiprazgah Kyriakos Mitsotakis. In addition, the President visited the Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) headquarters in the port of Piraeus and participated in the opening ceremony of the Bicentennial Museum in the Estonian Orthodox Church.
