Ëlka was born on July 2, 1982 in Uzhgorod, Zakarpatskaya oblast, Ukrainskaya SSR, USSR as Elizaveta Valdemarovna Ivantsiv. She is an actress, known for Zolotoy grammofon 2011 (2011), Premiya Muz-TV 2012 (2012) and Premiya Muz-TV 2011(2011).
